Returns & Exchanges
At Dayspring Pens, we strive for perfection in every personalized accessory; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on non-engraved items. Please note that custom-engraved products are final sale unless a manufacturing defect or personalization error occurs.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the item.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible domestic returns.
- 3.Package Securely
Place the item in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to ensure it reaches us in pristine condition.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
